The stories we tell - to ourselves and others - shape how we think, how we feel, and ultimately how we act. Paying attention to those stories can make all the difference.
My job is to help you find the words that make sense of your ideas, your plans, and your concerns (even the awkward ones that you’re not used to saying out loud), so you can feel clear about where you’re heading. It’s about knowing what matters, losing distractions, and putting your energy in the right places.
I offer career coaching, leadership support, tailored workshops, and help with the culture and operations behind it all. Practical, creative, straightforward - and designed to make work feel good and go well.
