What is coaching?
I’m glad you asked. It’s not therapy, though it can often feel therapeutic. Coaching offers a non-judgemental place to lay out your current questions, challenges, blindspots or loops. To say them out loud, to hear them said, and to work out what they mean. It’s a route to personal discovery.
Our sessions are confidential conversations between you and me, sometimes a group of people. They might be a one-off, or continue over months. You decide. You set the pace.
The conversations are an exploration, a deep dive, and can lead to profound change. And lots of laughs, too.
We’ll challenge any of those gnarly fixed narratives that might be stopping you from opening up to the excellent things that life can offer. And we’ll make a realistic plan to move forward.

For organisations
I offer coaching packages for companies that want to plug in regular support for their people as part of their benefits, or through a challenging time.
This can range from pastoral support to executive coaching.
There’s also Redundancy Recovery, which is a special three-session package that companies offer as part of a separation agreement to help people focus on their next career move.
For individuals
And of course, I work one to one with anyone who feels stuck in their own head and wants to work something through with another curious, impartial human.

Unexpected redundancy can be truly crushing.
It happens to a surprising amount of us throughout our career, but we’re never quite prepared.
When the industry fluctuates, it can be an unavoidable outcome. Most redundancy processes are dehumanising by nature, and can knock the confidence of even the strongest among us. Corporate fatigue combined with an injured ego. Recovery can take a while.
I offer businesses a compassionate coaching package that can be included in any redundancy arrangement. It’s a three session program to support you into your next opportunity.

Through facilitated conversation, I play host to a cluster of individuals who tackle one of life’s challenges as a team. It may be people you know well, or a group of complete strangers.
