Human Work Coach® is me, Clare.

I’m a hands-on support system for people running creative businesses or non-profits, and the people working inside them. I’m focused on creating healthy growth through happy humans. More about me right here.

The stories we tell — to ourselves and others — shape how we think, how we feel, and ultimately how we act. Paying attention to those stories can make all the difference.

My job is to help you find the words that make sense of your ideas, your plans, and your concerns (even the awkward ones you're not used to saying out loud), so you can feel clear about where you're heading. It's about knowing what matters, losing distractions, and putting your energy in the right places.

I work with individuals — coaching people through change, growth, and the moments where clarity matters most. And I work with organisations — facilitating strategy, helping leadership teams navigate change, and making sure the voices closest to the work are in the room where it matters.

My approach is pluralistic — which means I draw on whatever works best for you, not whatever I happen to specialise in.

Whatever the entry point, the approach is the same: creative, human, and designed to make work feel good and go well. I help organisations get to know their people well enough to create a work community that's genuinely in flow.
